Steven W. Reifman is a practicing lawyer and businessman who from October 1970 – October 1971 took a journey that became fictionalized in author F.T. Burke’s novel Wanderer:
The Ultimate Hippy Trail Journey.

Steve took a journey that crossed many borders, was politically and physically challenging and at times harrowing. Rockets flying overhead, dangerous car rides, visa challenges and more!

Steve is here today to share his story with us. He was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and has three children, two grandchildren and an enduring, love-filled marriage of over forty years.
