A creative entrepreneur, real estate professional and a writer since the age of 9 years old, David Byrne is the author of Shady Place, a novel set in an over 55 Retirement Community. David’s interest in the topic of retirement is an outgrowth of his living and working in Florida and observing the challenges, realities and considerations that arise during the retirement years.
His parents are of retirement age, as are many of their friends, which have provided David a firsthand view to be well versed as a “retirement coach” even though he is only 35 years of age!!!
