Leah-Guy-2017 There are many books written by individuals who have overcome obstacles, tragedies and trauma which offer answers or suggest solutions to those of us struggling with the many challenges life can present.

Having the opportunity to interview such courageous individuals and the sometimes having the privilege to get to know them on a personal level, I am impressed and deeply touched by their stories and their determination to overcome what some have described as their own “personal hell” that they were able to move out of and into health, happiness and personal fulfillment.

The prevalence and staggering number of individuals trapped in all forms of addictions, the many cycles of abuse and anxiety disorders underscore the challenges of overcoming and achieving successful outcomes. This is no easy task and achieving freedom warrants our attention!
